Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soft margarine
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. sour milk *
    2 c. zucchini (1/4-inch diced, not shredded)
    2 1/2 c. unsifted flour
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 to 1/2 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Cream margarine, oil and sugar.
    Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk; beat with mixer.
    Mix all dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture; beat with mixer.
    Stir in diced zucchini. Spoon batter into greased and floured 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Sprinkle top with chocolate chips.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes (or until toothpick comes out clean and dry).
