Slow Boat To China - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 diced onion
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (10 oz.) can water
    1/2 c. raw rice (not instant)
Preparation
    Brown beef.
    Add celery, onions and saute a few minutes. Combine all ingredients and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Serves 4.
