Layered Enchilada Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. chili powder
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    6 corn tortillas
    1/2 lb. grated cheese (reserve 1/2 cheese for top)
    2/3 c. water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Brown turkey, onion and garlic; drain. Add seasonings and tomato sauce.
    Stir until blended.
    Grease 2 round casseroles.
    Layer tortilla sauce and cheese (start and end with tortillas).
    Pour water over all and bake, uncovered.
    Add remaining cheese.
    Cover and bake 10 minutes more.
