Ingredients

5 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1/4 tsp. rosemary, crushed
1 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
juice of 1 orange (about 1/4 c.)
Preparation

Saute chicken breasts 2 minutes on each side in a skillet sprayed with Pam.
Add seasonings and juice.
Stir.
Simmer 7 to 10 minutes, until meat is cooked through and sauce is thick enough to coat meat.
