Tofu Tuna Bake(Vegetarian) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 to 7 oz.) can water packed tuna
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 Tbsp. chopped red pepper
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 pkg. (8 oz.) frozen peas
    1 1/4 c. cubed firm tofu
    1/2 c. almonds
    1/4 c. wheat germ
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Oil 2 quart baking dish.
    Combine tuna, mayonnaise, onion, peppers, lemon juice, cheese, and peas in medium bowl.
    Mix well.
    Cut tofu in small cubes; stir into mixture.
    Spoon into baking dish; sprinkle with almonds and wheat germ.
    Bake about 45 minutes or until lightly browned.
