Peppers Stuffed With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium peppers
    1/4 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. raw rice
    3/4 c. chopped canned tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley or 1 tsp. dried parsley
    dash of black pepper and thyme
    tomatoes
    ground beef, browned
    bacon slices, cut in pieces and browned until crisp
    fresh corn, cut off, or canned corn
    green pepper, cut in small pieces
    small onion, cut fine
    bread crumbs, browned in butter as desired
    tomato pulp
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix desired ingredients and fill tomatoes.
    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in baking dish at 350\u00b0.
