Curry Of Lamb - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lamb shoulder, cut in 1/2-inch squares
    1 Tbsp. fat
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. curry powder
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 bouillon cubes
    2 c. boiling water
    1/4 c. catsup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped apples
    1 c. diced celery
Preparation
    Brown meat in hot fat over medium heat; add onion and cook until yellow.
    Add curry mixed with flour; allow to bubble.
    Add bouillon cubes dissolved in water, catsup, salt, apples and celery; simmer 1 1/4 hours.
    Serve with hot fluffy rice.
    Serves 4.
