Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. boneless chicken breasts
2 c. diced celery
1 pkg. slivered almonds
2 tsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/2 c. yellow cheese
1 c. crushed potato chips
4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced (optional)
Preparation

Make sure
chicken
is cooked completely.
Mix chicken, celery, onion, almonds
and
salt. Add lemon juice and mustard to mayonnaise.
Fold
in chicken mixture.
Put in greased 13 x 9-inch casserole
dish.
Sprinkle with chips and cheese.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
