Hot Cucumber Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cucumbers
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. dill weed
    1/4 Tbsp. curry powder
    1 qt. chicken broth
    1 c. light cream
Preparation
    Peel and seed cucumbers.
    Dice them.
    Put onion and cucumbers in butter in frypan.
    Saute 8 to 10 minutes.
    Add chicken broth. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
    Put in blender with dill, curry powder and cream.
    Blend until smooth.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Put in saucepan and heat just to boiling point (don't continue to let boil).
