Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
1 c. low-fat evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. cut up strawberries
1 graham cracker crust
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. boiling water
Preparation

Mix jello with boiling water; let partially set.
Pour milk in shallow pan and place in freezer until crystals form throughout, then pour into bowl and beat until soft peaks form.
Add lemon juice, beating until stiff peaks form.
Fold jello into whipped milk; stir in strawberries.
Pour into pie crust.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour before eating.
