Holiday Orange Eggnog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. chilled evaporated milk
    3 c. cold milk
    1 c. chilled fresh orange juice
    grated orange peel
    nutmeg
Preparation
    In large bowl, beat eggs until light and fluffy; add sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Stir in milk, blending well.
    Gradually stir in orange juice.
    Serve in small mugs or cups; sprinkle each serving with a little grated orange peel and a dash of nutmeg. Yields 24 cups.
