Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (2 lb.) bags frozen hash browns, thawed (can use O'Brien or Southern style, also)
    1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
    3/4 c. sour cream
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
    salt, to taste
    pepper, to taste
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1 c. cornflakes, crushed
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients except half the butter and the cornflakes.
    Place into a 9x13-inch baking dish and pat down.
    Sprinkle with the crushed cornflakes over the potatoes.
    Pour the remaining butter over the cornflakes.
    Bake, uncovered, for one hour.
    Yield: 8-10 servings.
