Chicken Fajitas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. chicken breast (tenderloins)
1 Tbsp. lime juice
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
salt and pepper
1 large green pepper, sliced
1 large onion, sliced
4 to 6 flour tortillas
1 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
salsa
sour cream
Preparation

Marinate chicken 10 minutes in lime juice, oil, chili powder, garlic, salt and pepper.
Saute chicken, onion and green pepper until chicken is done.
Heat tortillas according to package directions.
Fill tortilla with chicken mixture, cheese, salsa and sour cream; fold or roll (the meat mixture can be wrapped in foil to cook on the grill over medium hot coals).
