Gingersnaps - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1 egg
4 Tbsp. molasses
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/4 c. sugar (for dipping)
Preparation

Mix oil and sugar, add egg and beat well.
Stir in molasses. Sift in dry ingredients.
Roll in 1-inch balls and dip in sugar. Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 10 minutes.
