Breakfast Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 c. croutons (onion and garlic)
    2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 lb. sausage, browned and drained
    4 eggs, well beaten
    2 1/4 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. mustard
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1 can chopped mushrooms
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 pkg. hash brown potatoes
Preparation
    Spread 1 1/2 cups cheese over croutons in 9 x 13 pan. Spread browned and drained sausage over cheese. Mix eggs, milk, salt and mustard together and pour over top of mixture in pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
