Spinach And Tomato Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked 9-inch diameter pie shell
1 lb. fresh spinach, stemmed *
4 large green onions, chopped (1/2 c.)
1 clove garlic, minced (1 tsp.)
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
6 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded (1 1/2 c.)
3 large eggs, lightly beaten, or 3/4 c. egg substitute
3/4 c. skim or low-fat milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. leaf basil, crumbled
1/2 tsp. celery salt
3 medium fresh plum or Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced crosswise
1 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Line an ungreased pie plate with crust, fluting edges as desired.
Do not prick crust.
Set aside.
