Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 can chicken gumbo soup
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 (20 oz.) bag frozen mixed vegetables
    1 c. celery, diced
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. chow mein noodles
    1 can mushrooms
Preparation
    Brown meat, celery and onion; drain.
    Mix in soup and soy sauce.
    This much can be done and refrigerated until ready to bake.
    Add noodles, but save some for topping, mixed vegetables and mushrooms.
    Place in a large casserole dish or a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with remaining noodles.
    Bake 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven.
