Baked Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 potatoes, cut in eighths or smaller
    6 to 8 carrots, cut thin and about 1-inch long
    4 onions, cut in eighths
    2 stalks celery, sliced
    1/8 to 1/4 c. oil
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can dinner cuts or stew pack
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Place vegetables in a large casserole and pour oil over them. Bake 45 minutes in a 400\u00b0 oven.
    Stir 3 to 4 times to keep vegetables coated with oil.
    During this time put mushroom soup in a pan; dilute with juice from dinner cuts and 1/2 cup water.
    Cut dinner cuts in 1-inch cubes and add to vegetable mixture.
    Stir well and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until vegetables are done. Salt may be added as desired.
