Ruth'S Salad(Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can crushed pineapple, drained (no sugar added)
    1 small container diet Cool Whip
    1 small container cottage cheese
    1 can mandarin orange sections, drained (no sugar added)
    1 or 2 pkg. sugar-free Jell-O (any flavor)
Preparation
    Mix crushed pineapple, Cool Whip, cottage cheese and mandarin oranges together well. Then sprinkle dry Jell-O over this and mix well.
    Chill.
