Banana Nut Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. margarine
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 tsp. baking soda
    4 c. flour
    4 medium bananas or 5 small, mashed
    2 tsp. butter extract
Preparation
    Cream sugar and margarine; add eggs, one at a time.
    Mix well. Add vanilla and butter extract.
    Combine baking soda and flour; add alternately with buttermilk beginning and ending with flour. Add bananas and nuts.
    Mix well.
    Bake in 3 greased and floured 8-inch loaf pans at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
