Spanish Style Pork Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 3 1/2 lb. pork loin roast
1 tsp. salt
dash of black pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced and pressed
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation

Cut a few slits
in
fat
side
of roast, then rub roast with salt and
pepper.
Place garlic in slits and sprinkle with allspice and thyme.
Place
meat on rack in shallow pan; sprinkle with oil.
Roast
at
350\u00b0 until meat thermometer registers 170\u00b0. It will take 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours.
