Spiced Pickled Peach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. apple Jell-O
    1 pkg. plain gelatin
    1 jar pickled peaches, cut up
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup water; add boiling water and 1 cup peach juice to Jell-O and gelatin, then let set until soft consistency.
    Add all other ingredients and put into 1-quart mold or 8 to 10 individual molds.
