Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked sweet potatoes, mashed
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2/3 c. melted butter (divided)
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
Preparation
-
Beat together sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, milk, vanilla, and 1/3 cup of the butter. Mix well. Spoon into a 2 quart casserole dish.
