Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 lb. ground beef
    16 oz. canned tomatoes, diced
    1 can tomato soup
    8 oz. dark red kidney beans
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion. Add canned tomatoes, tomato soup and kidney beans to pan and simmer for 10 minutes. Mix salt, chili powder, flour and water in a measuring cup. Stir and make a paste, then add to pan and simmer for 45 minutes. Also, add 2 dashes of garlic powder. Cook uncovered.
