Lemon Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    4 c. plain flour
    2 1/2 sticks margarine or butter
    1 oz. lemon extract
    1 lb. shelled pecans, chopped
    1 lb. red candied cherries
    1 lb. golden raisins
Preparation
    With mixer cream sugar and margarine; add eggs one at a time. Add flour and
    lemon flavoring.
    Mix well.
    Flour cherries, raisins and nuts; add to mixture. Bake in tube cake pan at 250\u00b0or 300\u00b0 for approximately 2 hours.
