Mexican Scrape - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans refried beans
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 small carton sour cream
1 cup thick & chunky salsa
1 cup chopped lettuce
1 medium diced tomatoes
Sliced or chopped black olives
2 cups shredded Mexican cheese or cheddar
Preparation

Mix refried beans with taco seasoning and spread on bottom of jelly roll pan.
Mix cream cheese and sour cream.
Spread over bean mixture.
Add salsa and garnish with lettuce, tomatoes, olives, add cheese last.
Serve with fritos or Doritos.
