Potatoes In Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 medium potatoes
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 tsp. salt
    pepper (to taste)
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 pt. heavy or coffee cream
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until almost done.
    Cool and put in refrigerator overnight.
    Next day, peel potatoes, slice on large side of grater.
    Melt butter and put in 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Place potatoes on top, sprinkle with salt, pepper and minced onion. Pour cream over top.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
