Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    5 Tbsp. water
    5 c. flour
    5 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. shortening
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water and set aside.
    Sift flour, baking powder, soda, salt and sugar together into large bowl.
    Cut shortening into dry ingredients, then add buttermilk and dissolved yeast.
    Mix well.
    Knead lightly.
    Do not let rise!!!
    Shape into rounds and bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Yield:
    25 biscuits.
