Fried Eggs And Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1 small can tomatoes or 4 fresh tomatoes, quartered
sprinkle of onion or garlic powder
1/2 tsp. dried basil
pinch of salt and pepper
1 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation

Beat eggs lightly in a bowl; set aside.
In a large frypan, place oil and heat.
Cook tomatoes with rest of ingredients until tomatoes are cooked, about 15 to 20 minutes.
Stir in eggs and keep stirring until mixture thickens like scrambled eggs.
Serve over toast slices.
Serves 2 or 3 persons.
