Ingredients

1 Tbsp. pickling spice
1 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
5 bunches radishes
Preparation

Day Ahead:
Cut a double thickness of 5-inch square cheesecloth.
On it, place pickling spice.
Pull corners up to form a small bag and tie securely with colorfast or undyed cotton string.
In 2-quart saucepan over medium-high heat, heat vinegar, sugar, salt, spice bag and 3/4 cup water to boiling.
Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 10 minutes to blend flavors.
