Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground Italian sausage
1 (12 oz.) carton large curd cottage cheese
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, cut in bite-size pieces or shredded
1 (8 oz.) box lasagna noodles
spaghetti sauce
Preparation

Brown beef and sausage.
Mix together cottage cheese, parsley flakes, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
Cook lasagna noodles and lay flat on wax paper.
Layer in sprayed or greased pan starting with lasagna noodles.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
