Peanut Oatmeal Drops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. soda
    3 c. rolled oats
    1/2 lb. salted Spanish peanuts
Preparation
    Cream shortening.
    Add sugars gradually while mixing.
    Add vanilla and eggs and beat well.
    Sift flour with soda and add. Stir in rolled oats and peanuts and blend thoroughly.
    Form dough into small balls.
    Place on a cookie sheet.
    Bake in a 425\u00b0 oven for about 7 minutes.
