Fried Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage
    1 onion
    1 ripe tomato
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. sugar
    dash of black pepper
    1/4 c. oil
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Shred cabbage and finely chopped onion and tomato.
    Mix together and sprinkle with salt, sugar and black pepper.
    Heat oil in heavy skillet.
    Add vegetables and water; stir well.
    Cover and cook 20 to 30 minutes.
    Serve.
