Squash Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. finely chopped yellow squash
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. flour
    1 egg, well beaten
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    hot oil
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients and mix well.
    Stir in flour. Drop by tablespoon into hot oil.
    Cook until brown, turning once. Drain.
    Serves 6.
