Beef And Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    4 oz. Velveeta cheese, grated or chopped
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 head medium cabbage, shredded and parboiled
Preparation
    Brown beef with onion in skillet, stirring until beef is crumbly.
    Drain.
    Stir in cheese until melted.
    Add sour cream and cabbage; mix well.
    Spoon into greased baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
