Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. cloves
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    3 c. grated carrots
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix oil and sugar. Add eggs and blend. Add flour, soda, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg.
    Add carrots and nuts last.
    Pour into a large greased 9 x 13 x 3-inch pan. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
