Perfect Steamed Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. rice
1 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Put enough water over rice from when your thumb touches the rice and water hits your first joint.
Bring to a boil for 5 minutes, then reduce heat to simmer and cover.
Do not lift lid for 25 minutes for simmering. Works every time.
