Ingredients

4 to 6 small zucchini squash, grated, squeezed and dry
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1 onion, grated
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together, mixing well.
Drop onto greased pan about 3 inches apart.
Brown on both sides.
