Chicken Wing Ding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

35 chicken wings
1 c. melted butter
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. tarragon
2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cut wing end piece off and discard.
Rinse chicken and pat dry.
In shallow pan, melt butter.
Add seasoned salt, garlic powder and tarragon.
Mix well.
In shallow pan, combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
Dip wings, one at a time, in butter mixture, completely coating, then coat in bread crumb mixture, pressing down to coat completely.
Place on greased baking sheet. Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes to an hour until golden brown. Serve hot.
