Apple Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter or margarine
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese (may use light)
    3/4 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    2 cans sweetened apples (20 oz.) (not pie filling)
Preparation
    Bring margarine and cheese to room temperature.
    Combine with flour and sugar.
    Drain one can apples.
    Place apples that have been drained and the remaining can of undrained apples in a greased casserole dish (2 quart).
    Spread the smooth topping over the apples.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes, until golden brown.
    Serve with pork roast or ham.
    Serves 6.
