Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 Tbsp. buttermilk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. plain flour
    pinch of salt
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. mashed ripe bananas (3)
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add one egg at a time and beat well. Add buttermilk and vanilla.
    Mix flour, salt, baking powder and soda together.
    Add flour mixture, nuts and bananas to egg mixture. Stir until well mixed.
    Pour into greased and floured coffee cans or loaf pans (fill pans 1/2 full).
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
