Teriyaki Hamburgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
    1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
    2 tsp. grated fresh ginger root or 1/2 tsp. dry powdered garlic
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    6 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 (20 oz.) can sliced pineapple, drained
    3 lb. extra lean ground beef
    8 hamburger buns
Preparation
    Combine soy, pineapple juice, garlic, ginger, Worcestershire and sugar.
    Make 8 hamburger patties and place in plastic bag along with the pineapple slices.
    Pour in marinade, seal and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
    Drain patties and pineapple reserving marinade for basting.
    Grill and serve with lettuce and green pepper rings.
    Serves 8.
