Parmesan Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. garlic salt or powder
    1 tsp. black pepper
    milk (enough to dip chicken pieces in)
    oleo, melted (enough for about 1 tsp. per piece)
Preparation
    Mix first four ingredients well.
    Dip chicken in milk and coat in mix.
    Place in shallow baking pan and use a rack so fat will drain off.
    Pour oleo over each piece.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until brown.
