Farmer-Blickenstaff Family Pie(Also Called Bob Andy) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10-inch) deep pie shell, unbaked, 2 (8-inch) deep pie shells or 3 shallow (8-inch) pie shells
2 c. sugar
1/2 Tbsp. cloves
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
3 Tbsp. flour
2/3 c. butter or oleo
3 egg yolks
3 egg whites, well beaten
3 c. (scant) milk
Preparation

Beat well sugar, cloves, cinnamon, flour and butter.
Add egg yolks and beat.
Blend in egg whites and milk.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
It will be full!
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
Test with silver table knife like for custard.
Be careful and don't cut through the bottom of the pie.
