Picante Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 c. tomatoes
1 1/2 c. diced onions
1 c. chopped hot peppers
1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 c. vinegar
Preparation
-
Cook tomatoes and onions together until onions are clear in color.
Add remaining ingredients; pour into jars.
Hot water bath for approximately 20 minutes.
