Potpourri Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
3/4 lb. hamburg
3 onions sliced
1/3 c. barley
1 # 2 can tomatoes
1 1/2 qt. water
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 carrots diced
3 potatoes diced
3 stalks celery sliced
1 tsp. steak sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Brown meat in large pot.
Crumble up.
Add onion and cook until transparent.
Add water, tomatoes, barley, salt and pepper.
Simmer one hour.
Add vegetables and cook one more hour.
Serves 6.
