No-Fat Three Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. green beans, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
    1 c. cooked garbanzo beans
    1 1/4 c. cooked kidney or pinto beans
    1/4 c. sliced red onion
    1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. frozen apple juice concentrate
Preparation
    Steam green beans for 5 minutes until barely tender.
    Remove from steamer immediately.
    Combine all beans and onion in bowl or storage container.
    Prepare dressing by beating the vinegar, honey, water and apple juice with a fork until well blended.
    Pour dressing over beans and mix well.
    Cover and let marinate at room temperature at least 30 minutes, then chill 30 minutes.
    Toss again before serving.
