Judy'S Special Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 lb. chicken pieces, skinned
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
Preparation
    Melt butter in baking dish.
    Stir in thyme, paprika, salt and pepper.
    Dredge chicken in flour, then swish each piece in butter until well coated.
    Arrange them in the dish and bake at 400\u00b0 until browned (30 to 45 minutes).
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
    Add wine and mushrooms.
    Cover with foil and bake about 30 more minutes. Serve with rice.
