Chicken Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, boiled and boned
2 c. instant rice, prepared
6 to 8 slices bacon, fry crisp and crumble
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
2 medium carrots (large), grated
1 can water chestnuts (optional)
soy sauce (optional)
frozen green peas (optional)
Preparation

Saute 3 vegetables in part of bacon grease.
When done, pour over rice (using as much of the bacon grease as desired).
Add the chopped chicken and the bacon.
