Low Fat Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 reduced fat graham pie crust
    1 can Fat Free Eagle Brand condensed milk
    3 egg yolks
    1/2 lime juice
    yellow or green food coloring, optional
    small carton Cool Whip Free
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
    In a large bowl, beat egg yolks with condensed milk, using wire whisk.
    Stir in lime juice and food coloring.
    Pour into pie crust and bake for 40 minutes.
    When cool, top with Cool Whip.
    Refrigerate until ready to serve.
